We will discuss required topics for Annual Security Awareness Training as required by HUD, as well as how to develop an EIV Security Policy that will is in compliance with regulations. We will also discuss how to complete User Recertifications as required.

10:30 – 12:00 EIV and your MOR

We will discuss developing an EIV Policy and Procedure that will include all required documentation for your MOR as well as what else will be required at the MOR related to EIV and how to properly prepare.

12:00 – 1:30 LUNCH on your own

1:30 – 2:30 Using EIV

We will review all of the available reports in EIV, how to use them, when to run them and what they mean. We will also discuss how EIV can be used to verify income and how to understand and resolve income discrepancy reports.

2:45 – 3:45 Using EIV Continued

3:45 – 4:30 Repayment Agreements

We will cover what is required in a repayment agreement and how to develop them with your residents.
